Vrsi
The settlement of Vrsi is located in the far northwestern part of Northern Dalmatia, about 20 kilometres from Zadar and about 5 kilometres from Croatia’s oldest royal town, Nin. Vrsi boasts a 34-kilometre long coastthat abounds in natural beaches and bays that are perfect for swimming.In the 1950s, the inhabitants of Vrsi began moving down to the coast and building their houses there, thus creating a new settlement called Mulo. Today, Mulo is a haven of beautiful homes whose hosts mostly engage in tourism. The second settlement on the coast, Zukve, developed as a weekend resort in the 1960s.
The town of Poljica is the second-largest settlement in the Municipality of Vrsi, and it is located in the western part of RavniKotari, about 3 kilometres from the sea.
